By inviting Romod to your Discord server, you and the server owner agree to these terms of service. The server owner is responsible for any actions taken on the server. If you or your server breach these terms, the developer may stop you from using Romod at any time without explanation.

The developer may update these terms at any time. Check this page regularly. If you disagree with the updated terms or privacy policy, remove the bot from your server to erase all stored data.

2. About Romod

Romod is a Discord bot that helps Roblox developers moderate their games using the Roblox API. The bot adheres to Discord's Terms of Service and bot development guidelines. Servers violating these rules may lose access to Romod.

3. Restrictions on Use

• Do not use Romod to harass other players or staff.
• Avoid offensive language when specifying reasons for moderation actions.
• Do not attempt to exploit or spam the bot/API. Abuse may result in permanent removal from using Romod.
• Respect other servers and users—don't attempt to circumvent bans or blacklists.
• Follow Discord's Terms of Service in all interactions.

4. Server Limitations

Romod runs automated checks on servers, including verifying that your server is not listed in databases tracking TOS violations and that human members outnumber bots. Servers failing these checks may be restricted or removed.

5. Developer Rights

The developer reserves the right to revoke access to Romod at any time for TOS violations, abusive behavior, or any other reason deemed necessary. No compensation or explanation is required.
